4 Bladed Congress

This is a very nice 4 Bladed Congress.  It measures 3 1/2" when closed.  The blades

are ATS-34, the bolsters are 416 SS and the liners are 410 SS.  The scales are

Tortoise and the shield and pins are 18K Gold.
